Note : Although I’m praising Bar Fauno, it’s not that they have the greatest food, but the fact that ass far as Caffes are concerned and why people go to them, which is simply for a coffee, or coffee and sweet, a small bite to eat (Snacks), a Cocktail (Aperitivo), as a rendevous spot or whatever, Bar Fauno ramks among the World’s Great Cafes. So if you need a great place to go for Breakfast, Desserts, Gelato, a Snack between meals, an Apertivo, a night-cap, or late-night snack, then there is no better place to go go in all of Sorrento, “We absolutely Love the place.”

O’ Puldrone is a wonderful little Family Run Trattoria at the Marina Grande in Sorrento. The family goes Fishing for its own fresh fish, which is just that, Super Fresh Fish that comes from the Sea to your lunch or dinner plate. No, you don’t get much fresher than that. This is one of the best places, if not the best, for a wonderful seafood meal in Sorrento. Try some Fritto Misto (Mixed Fried Fish), Cozze (Mussels), Spaghetti Vongole, or a Whole Cooked Fish. It’s all good at O’ Puldrone, for one of the best seafood meals of your life.

This is a Wonderful little Trattoria I came across one day and I checcked it out. I had lunch there and absolutely Loved it. t’s inside an Old Conven, making for some Charming Ambiance. That combined with Tasty well prepared Cucina Tipica at fare prices makes for a winning combination. I had Insalta Frutta di Mare for a starter, followed by a plate of Spaghetti Cozze (Mussels) with a glass of local Falanghina Wine. Both dishes were absolutely Perfect.

This restuarant is centrally located, just 2 blocks from the manin-quare of Piazza Tasso … OSTERIA BUONCONVENTO … Via Beradina Donnorso 5 …

Zi’Ntonio is a wonderful Trattoria in the heart of Sorrento, right off the Piazza Tasso. They serve Typical Sorrentino Cuisine at very fare prices, in a homey atomsophere, that includes Prosciutto hanging from the ceiling. MyCousin Tony and I had a nice dinner here one night. I had Mussels for a starter and Veal Sorrentino for my main, it was delicious. After dinner our waiter brought us, not one but two complimentary after dinner drinks. First, a Limoncello, and then a tasty glass each of Finonchietto (Fennel Liquer). We had a great time, and so will you, it’s typical Sorrento.
